Consortium Agreement

By enrolling, the company agrees to participate in our FMCSA-compliant random drug and alcohol testing consortium for a period of one (1) year. This includes pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing pool access. The annual fee covers all enrolled drivers for the contract term. The company authorizes Integrity Services to act as the consortium/third-party administrator (C/TPA) on its behalf.
